Dr. Ngoh: At Augusta Endodontic Center, we focus on the patient. We focus not just on the disease, but we focus on the patient who happens to have a disease. So we actually treat the patient, not just the teeth. And in our practice, we have this emphasis on how do we take care of these patients in a way that can really make them feel more and more comfortable. Endodontics, or root canal therapy, has a negative connotation, but we are not rewriting that script. Using modern technology, technology is really redefining the way that we practice endodontics. With technology, we can do amazing things.
Dr. Correa: There are new strategies for doing root canal therapy nowadays, whether it be sedation, whether it be the way that we actually do the procedure. So things have really advanced in endodontics. And so, we do have all the bells and whistles here in this office. To include, you know, top of the line 3D imaging, the laser is really, I think, one of the things that really sets us apart. We can really get in there and actually irrigate and disinfect a tooth. With lasers, with minimal instrumentation, we offer the best of the best. And I think that, that’s really something that I would tell anyone coming through that I feel confident in what we have to offer for our patients.
Dr. Ngoh: I’m so blessed to work with an incredible team. They, all combined, have 50+ years of experience, and with that, you cannot just beat that.
Dr. Correa: Top-quality care, to me, means not only do we offer you the best experience possible, and I’m not just talking about me, but I’m talking about our team. We have genuinely nice people up front, who are just phenomenal folks. They really take pride in what they do. Same thing with the clinical team in the back. We really try to build everybody up, and to make sure that we are as solid as we can as a team because really, that’s our secret, you know, as far as success goes.
Dr. Ngoh: Our entire team, we love God. And if we love God, hence we love his people and we get to treat them in a special way that somehow reflects the love of Christ in us. And when we started this practice, we have one mindset, and that is to make a difference. To make a difference amongst ourselves, make a difference for our patients and also in the community. If you look at the name of the practice, it doesn’t have my name on it because it is a team practice. And we, as a team, we now have this goal of helping patients, to make a difference in their lives.
