Well I chose Augusta Endodontics because they are a Christian based facility, they care about you, you come in and they want you to be relaxed, feel at home, you feel kind of like a part of a family – they reduce your stress levels, when you walk out, after being in pain, you are a pretty happy person! The first time I came here I was scared to death, I had to have a root canal and I was like oh my gosh this is going to be horrible, because people always tell you it is horrible, but you know they talked to me, they put me at ease the minute they started to the minute they were done, my stress level went down, they eased me through the whole procedure and I walked out, no pain and smiling! The new office for Augusta Endodontics is beautiful. It is very comfortable, relaxing, you come in, the staff is always greeting you, bidding you hello, bidding you good bye, can I help you, is there anything you need, and you always get a sense of just security, a sense of relaxation when you come in. I am a Christian person. I have a Christian family so the fact that they do pray for you – you listen to Christian music – fits right into my life, so it is a comfort level for me to know that is how they feel and that they are praying for me that I get better, and that the procedure goes well and that they do the best they can for me – I have come here for my needs for several years now, and I always come in, they know me, they still know me, I am greeted with a smile, they give me options and always the best options for me. It is always the truth, it is laid out and when I walk out I feel good about the procedure I am going to have and I know that it is going to be okay!
I chose Augusta Endodontics because like Dr. Ngoh I am a board certified Endodontist, and I found myself ironically in need of a root canal, and not only a root canal but probably the most difficult kind. And I chose Augusta Endodontics and Dr. Ngoh for 3 reasons – 1 of course is that he has the level of expertise and knowledge that places him at the very top of our profession. The 2nd thing would be that the level of technology that he possess and has equipped his office is the very best. This is something that Dr. Ngoh clearly has addressed not only for himself but also in the training of his team. I found the office to be immaculate – he is following the protocols to the letter but I think the most important criteria for me in selecting an Endodontist is the person. Dr. Ngoh is a person who has great sensitivity and compassion and I think that a faith based approach to his practice is integral to this. When I came to Dr. Ngoh I knew that my particular root canal procedure was going to be exceedingly difficult. I can tell you as an Endodontist that the level of difficulty for this particular tooth would have been regarded as not possible, but in Dr. Ngoh’s hands, with his knowledge, he was able to maneuver all of these factors together and come up with a success for a very, very difficult case and I think that is the kind of compliment that I would like to share with others about this practice.
