There are several ways that we can work together to enhance the patient's experience in our practice. Accurately filling out the referral forms we have supplied to your office and sending them by mail or along with the patient will help us to fulfill your expectations.

At Augusta Endodontic Center, our goal is to please both you and your patients. We continually reinforce and emphasize you, the general practitioner’s integrity and your values as the case leader. We will not do treatment without a commitment from the patient to return to your office for the complete Restorative (we fail in our treatment if the tooth is not restored). We focus on the patient’s comfort and comprehensive endodontic treatment until they return to your care. Dr. Ngoh provides local anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide for your patients comfort. He has focused his efforts on providing a painless procedure for your patients by using the Comfort Control Syringe.

We use Digital Radiography whereby your patients are exposed to 90% less radiation with computer enhanced stored images.

As a courtesy to your staff and families, endodontic treatment will be provided at a reduced fee. This is our way of saying thank you.

Our fees are fair, reasonable and affordable. We are committed to find the right payment option to meet your patients’ budget. We will bend over backwards for your patients who are serious about saving their teeth.

We use the surgical microscope, which is one of the biggest advancements in endodontics. The surgical microscopes and microsurgical instruments allow us to be more precise then ever before, advancing our already high rate of success in endodontics.

Our policy for emergency situations is “Send them right over.”
