That was hard but necessary! Last week, I literally thought my mouth was going to come off! I had some infection around my back bottom molar.... ugh! During those first 4 days, I said, how can I give thanks for THIS? Well, the answer came on Thursday - I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Ngoh and Staff! While sitting in the dental chair staring up to the ceiling, I saw a little sign that reads "Anyone who can kneel down to God can stand up to anything including a root canal." I highly recommend Dr. Emmanuel Ngoh (Augusta Endodontic Center) to you and your friends! What a delightful Christian (from Cameroon, West Africa) he is and Christian Staff that genuinely served me with love and generosity! Now, I give thanks for this circumstance to meet them!

My first thought to the idea of having a root canal was: three appointments, three hours each per appointment which is equals to three times the pain. However my root canal experience  was quite the opposite. (2 appointments; 1 hour per appointment and zero pain) Dr. Ngoh is a definite go for root canal therapy.

Thanks be to our Lord Jesus Christ for making our paths cross. Although He used an extreme toothache to do so, He knew what He was doing. As a poor recently graduated college student I knew that could not afford a root canal, but I knew that I could not take the sleepless nights anymore. Just like the Philippians shared with the afflictions of Paul, you supported me when the Lord called for your faith to help those in need. You trusted Christ with what He had entrusted to you. Not only did I not feel any pain, but the Lord Jesus blessed and confirmed where He was leading me. Now you get the blessings of sharing in ministering to college students in the Augusta area and, later, on another campus somewhere in the U.S.

I had two root canals in Dr. Ngoh’s office (one in Nov, 04 and one in Dec, 05). I was very skeptical because of a traumatic root canal experience in the past with a different endodontist in which I lost a molar. My dentist recommended Dr. Ngoh, and my experience with these two root canals was nothing like my experience in the past. Dr. Ngoh and his staff completely put me at ease with their explanations. The music was very relaxing and soothing, and I had incredible faith in this Christian environment because it was evident that God was working through Dr. Ngoh and his staff! In both situations, I left his office with relatively no pain, and I returned to work which is something that I had not been able to do in the past with previous root canals. I would highly recommend Dr. Ngoh for all root canals and Endodontic work, and I will return to him if I ever need additional Endodontic work in the future.
